WELCOME

The HIV Trainees Club was formed in 1998 to act as a forum for all specialist registrars in GU medicine and infectious disease with an interest in HIV medicine, to meet for educational and social purposes. Currently, the club has around 200 members (SpRs/STs). Those interested in joining should go to the Membership section where you can download a simple application form. There is no membership fee.

The Club has three meetings a year: a national meeting prior to BHIVA when the AGM is held, and two workshops in London held later in the year. Details of all meetings will appear on the web site.

The Clubs sponsors are Boehringer Ingelheim and Gilead Sciences. Their funding enables our members to join in our activities and it also supports the newsletters which we circulate twice a year.

We welcome any comments you may have on this website, as well as suggestions for topics for future workshops.
